She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Bethke and Lydia Bethke (Voss); her husband Richard Blade; her brother Marvin Bethke; and her sister-in-law Shirley Bethke.
She is survived by: her sons, Paul Blade of Hutchinson, MN, David Blade (Julie) of Hugo, MN, Daniel Blade (Judy) of Hutchinson, MN and Timothy Blade of Mound, MN; her grandsons, Kyle Blade, Jamison Blade, Andrew Blade (Jenny), Joshua Blade and Thomas Blade (Autumn); her great grandchildren, Emma, Avery, Ryan, Evan and Sylvia Blade; and her sister-in-law Carol Stangl. She is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
