He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Jonah Jeffrey and Baby Rasmussen. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Rasmussen and Irene Rasmussen (Rannow); his wife Jan; his sons, Jesse Rasmussen (Maria), Adam Rasmussen (Marcy) and Eric Rasmussen (Laura); his grandchildren, Landon, Cameron, Sophia, Everett and Elliot; and his siblings, Sue Homan (Ed) and Craig Rasmussen (Bernie).

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred in Jeff's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
