She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Goetz and Walburga Goetz (Schmitt); her husband John J. Schmidt; her parents-in-law, John and Magdalena Schmidt; her granddaughter Melissa Daniels; her great grandchild Zella Thode; her sons-in-law, Burt Klitzke and Mark Schmidt; her sisters, Elizabeth "Betty" Carter (Gerald) and Beverly Ring; and her brothers-in-law, Joe Schmidt (Ann) and Jim Schmidt (Florence).
She is survived by : her children, John Schmidt (Pat) of DePere, WI, Bruce Schmidt (Shirley) of International Falls, MN, Bill Schmidt (Fern) of Merrifield, MN, Sharon Daniels (Gary) of Hutchinson, MN, Shirley Klitzke of Darwin, MN and Sandy Schmidt of Minnetrista, MN; her grandchildren, Michelle Kerkhoff (Rick), Sheryl Andreo (Jason), Tamra Trenary (Mike), Lori Braiedy (Kevin), Ryan Schmidt (Janelle), Amy Schmidt, Becki Saunders (Matt), Kyle Schmidt (Sara), Christine Riehle (John), Sara Thode (Matt), Brad Klitzke (Nicole), Mandy Quist (Scot), Jake Schmidt and Jenna Sisemore (Zack); her great grandchildren, Jaden, Joel, Clara, Eric, Alissa, Zachary, Benjamin, Gage, Addison, Autumn, Luke, Trevor, Kykeshia, Harmony, Briar, Caden, Jones, Hawkins, Myah, Hailey, Barrett, Owen and Ella; and her great great grandchildren, Kyrie and Zarius. She is also survived by Nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
