He was predeceased by : his daughters, Laurie, Amy and Jennifer Rettmann; his brothers-in-law, Allen Meyer and Dave Towers; and his parents, Alvin Rettmann and Esther Rettmann (Habeck).
He is survived by : his wife Vera Rettmann; his son Andy Rettmann (Nickie) of Winthrop; his grandchildren, Cole, Ella, Ashley, Dakota and Brock; and his siblings, Larry Rettmann (Bonnie) of Belview, Sharon Meyer of Winthrop and Randy Rettmann (Diane) of Glencoe. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
