He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, David VanBergen, Jr. (Shannon), Sandi Baumann (Brad), Pam Norman (Cody) and Deb Laney (Adam); and his siblings, Kathy Brink, Mary Ann VanBergen and Jim VanBergen (Dawn). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
