It is with great sadness that we announce the death of DuWayne Robert Olson of International Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on November 16, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Ferdinand Olson and Pearl Jeanette Smith Olson; his wife Jacqueline Frances Veeder (Jackie); and his brother Dennis Olson. He is survived by: his children, Ann Nelsen (Randall) of Minnetonka, Cory Olson (Lucinda) of International Falls, Jennifer Byma (Randall) of Marquette, MI, Jessica Kokesh (Brad) of International Falls, Willie Olson of Williston, ND and Wesley Olson (Kayleen) of Gill, CO.; his grandchildren, Ryan, Grace Nelsen of Minnetonka, Skylee, Livia, Harlee Olson of International Falls, Caleb, Hayden Byma of Marquette, Neva, Keller Kokesh of International Falls, Connor, Charley, Rori and Ryder Olson of Gill; and his great grandchild Asher Kenny of International Falls. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and other family members.
