He was predeceased by: his father Wallace Napper; his brother Paul; and his godfather Babe Baron. He is survived by: his mother Gail Napper of Brown's Corner; his wife Heather; his son Justin (Amanda); his granddaughters, Avery, Gracie and Addi; his daughter Anna (Barry White); his siblings, Carolyn'Sis' Doak (Rhoads), George (Jennifer Matthews) and Ben; his nieces and nephews, Kayla, Kristin, Corey, Gabby, Lexxy, Ryan and Caden; and his godmother June Baron (family: Kris, Mike, Julie). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (530 6th St, International Falls, MN 56649). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
