He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Cress and Adelon Cress Jr. (Oldes); his wife Carole Anne Cress (Bernard); his daughter Kathy Cress; and his sister Pam Axt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kris Hell, Bonnie McFarland and Karla Carmody; and his siblings, John Axt, Jamie Axt, Jeff Axt, Kathleen Cane and Janelle Granier. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
