She was predeceased by: her parents, Algot Thomasson and Elsa Thomasson (Barker); and her siblings, Dave Thomasson, Rich Thomasson (Caryl Ann), Carol Bentrim (William), Marlene Dunbar (Jack) and Stanley Thomasson (Char).
She is survived by: her husband Rodney Lofgren; her sons, Brian (Patti), Rich (Christine) and Mark (Sara); her grandchildren, Nathan (Aimee), Daniel, Elizabeth, Rachel, Peter (Kelsy), Aaron, Anna Zachow (Drew), Sarah, Mary Lipscy (Lane), Ruth, John Micaiah, Benjamin and Carson; and her sisters, Lois Holm, Shirley Fallon (Martin) and Betty Thomasson. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren, numerous in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Evangelical Covenant Church (1631 1st Ave E, International Falls, MN 56649). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
