He was predeceased by: his wife Sherry; his parents, Ralph Misner and Mary Misner; and his stepsiblings, Harvey Misner, Donna Valentine and Reta McGovern.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Tomevi (Dave) and Bob Misner (Michelle); his grandchildren, Amara Westom (Michael), Ryan Tomevi (Amanda Lassila), Michael Misner (Jynni), Shawna Veillieux (Logan) and Emma Riley (Nick); his great grandchildren, Mason Marty, James Marty, Gianna Misner, Jaxon Veillieux, Mila Misner, Parker Veillieux and Lincoln Tomevi; his stepsister Anita Robinson; his aunt Marlene Skoglund; and his close friends, Rick Tyson and Mel Ramsey. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (415 9th Ave, International Falls, MN 56649). A Mass was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, and if so desired, donations are preferred to the St. Thomas Catholic Church or St. Thomas Catholic School, the Community Cancer Walk in support of providing gas cards to those in need.
