He is survived by: his mother Betty Zais (Knapp); his children, Brittany Zais (Jeff), Sean and Tyler Zais; his brothers, Dennis Zais (Deb), Jeff Zais (Deb) and Curt Zais (Shari); his friend Kim Amiot; his aunt Ann Marie Bradley (Gene); and his uncles, Jerry Zais (Judy) and Francis Zais (Debbie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
