He was predeceased by: his parents, George Roeder and Nettie Roeder; his siblings-in-law, Ivan and Ruth Jewett; and his siblings, Charlotte Ruelle and Chuckie Roeder.
He is survived by: his wife Margie; his children, Barbara, Robert (Becky) and Teresa Wimmer (Dan); his grandchildren, Maclaine, Jordan (Mark), James, Rachel, Evan, Eric and Maggie; his great grandchildren, Rylee, Ivy and Reed; and his sister Nettie.
The family would prefer donations to the Alzheimer's Association or Macular Degeneration Association in Billy's name in lieu of flowers.
