He was predeceased by: his parents, Diane Jehlicka (Simon) and David Jehlicka of St Paul Park. He is survived by: his sister Miranda Jehlicka (James McConnell); and his girlfriend Anna Gusek. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends, and coworkers.
