He was predeceased by: his parents, David Butler and Delores Butler; and his grandson Jack. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Butler (Santi); his children, Bobby Butler (Amber), Julie Anderson (Ed) and Billy Butler (Wynona); his grandchildren, Maija, Jim, Annalisa, John, Eddie, Julia, June and MaryJane; and his siblings, Dennis, Dan, Doug and Diane.
In lieu of flowers, Don's family asks that those wishing to honor him plant a tree in his memory.
