He is survived by: his children, Patricia Kuntz (Michael) of Center City, MN, James Jacobsen (Carrie) of Stacy, MN and Mark Jacobsen of Cambridge, MN.; his grandchildren, Megan Kuntz of Center City, MN, Stephan Kuntz (Jeni) of North Branch, MN, Eryn Reedy (Monty) of Mineral Wells, TX, Jimmy Jacobsen (Jessica) of Backus, MN and Joey Jacobsen (Brittany) of Rush City, MN.; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Teagan, Taesyn Kuntz, Kaelyn Magnani, Kanin, Rozyn Borntrager and James Jacobsen.
