He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Brown and Bessie Brown (Nelson); and his sisters, Brenda Kunert and Betty Schlosser. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his former wife Donna Nieman (James); his children, Glenn Brown Jr. of Midlothian, VA, Angela Doren (Angel) of Homer, NE, Candice Haafke (Michael) of Bronson, IA, Vicky Douglas (Chris) of Shoreview, MN, David Young of Vancouver, WA and Timothy Brown (Nikki) of Blaine, MN.; his grandchildren, Ashley, Jenna, Travis, Tighe, Jessica, Emily, Amber, Lucas, Philip, Zachary, Wyatt, Olena and Hazel; and his great grandchildren, Weston, Eleanor, Olivia, Charlotte and Baby Gilbertson.
Donations will be split between the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund (NLEOMF), the Isanti Police Department and the Isanti County Sheriff's Department.
