She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene North and Bertha North (Nichols); her husband Bruce Jernell; and her siblings, George North (Verna), Harry North (LaVonne), Janet Foat (Milton) and Charles North (Lorraine).
She is survived by: her children, Karine Platt, Gary Friberg, Kathleen Scott (Robert) and Forrest Friberg (Catherine). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren; and by other relatives and friends.
