We bid farewell to Patrick Meyer of Isanti, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 29, 2025 at the age of 75. Patrick touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Meyer and Marcia Meyer (Anderson). He is survived by: his sons, Lee Meyer (Melissa "Lissa" Benson) of Chaska and Grant Meyer (Heidi) of Rice; his stepchildren, Chad Weiss (Heidi) of Surprise, AZ, Kay Weiss of Fargo, ND and Brent Weiss (Charissa) of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Harper, Sawyer Meyer, Kapria, Adyson, Drake, Ellie and Liam Weiss; and his siblings, Susan DeFranco (Mike), Dan Meyer (Laurie) of Apple Valley and Jeff Meyer of Owatonna. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Long Lake Lutheran Church (3921 277th Ave NW, Isanti, MN 55040). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Minnesota State Veteran's Cemetery (15550 MN-115, Little Falls, MN 56345).
