He is survived by: his wife Misty Kittelson; his stepdaughters, Mackenzie (Joeven) and Abigail; his siblings, Scott and Sherri; his uncles, Doug (Vicdan) and Gene; his parents-in-law, Randy and Leanda Cross; his brother-in-law Heath Cross (Jill); his nephews, Trent and Jesse; and his niece Hannah.
