He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Joseph Vossen and Dorothy Walborga Vossen (Bulfer); and his siblings, Jean Ellison, Dennis Vossen and Mary Vossen.
He is survived by: his son Shane Vossen; his daughter-in-law Vicki Vossen (Thurston); his grandchildren, Neda, Thomas, Mark, Joy, Lorenzo and Chayton; his brother Joseph Vossen; his sister-in-law Beth Vossen (Spielman); his siblings, Patricia Vossen and Paul Vossen; and his sister-in-law Lisa Vossen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and his presence in the extended family.
