She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Baldwin and Gladys Baldwin (Phillipp); her husband Leland "Teel" Fransen of Savior's Lutheran Church; her sisters, Marilyn Dahlin (Donald) and Bonnie Bergendahl (Lyle); her parents-in-law, Carl and Hannah Fransen; and her in-laws, Kenneth Fransen (Donna), Russell Fransen (Merva), Ardith Hansen (Leroy) and Allen Hauge.

She is survived by: her children, Craig Fransen (Kathleen), Steven Fransen (Janice), Bradley Fransen (Debbie) and Thomas Fransen (Shan); her grandchildren, Micah Fransen (Jennifer), Bethany Fransen (Tyshawn Bailey), Hanna Rossow (Caleb), Tyler Fransen (Kali), Sam Fransen (Meghan) and Paige Butler (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Elin, Haydyn, James, Julia, Ava, Ingrid, Karl, Rhett, Jackson, Eli, Bennett and Greta; her siblings, Jerald Baldwin (Pat) and Rhonda Withers; and her sister-in-law Delores Hauge.

Evelyn's wishes were for memorials to be directed to Our Saviors Lutheran Church or to Jackson American Legion Auxiliary Unit #130.
