She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Weseman and Marie Weseman (Hess); her husband Richard Polz; her daughter Dianne Nelson; and her grandson Michael Polz.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Polz (Dorene) of Jackson, MN, Dar Vilmain (Jerry) of Chaska, Carol Scott (Delmar Baines) of Jackson, Cathy Zeller (Brian) of West Bend, WI and Linda James (Layton "Skip") of Hudson, WI.; and her son-in-law Keith Nelson (Judy). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and four great, great grandsons.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church (101 Kimball Ave, Jackson, MN 56143). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
