He is survived by: his sons, Jerome Gerdts of Truman, Jeffrey Gerdts (Jodie) of North Mankato and Jason Gerdts (Ann) of Janesville; his grandchildren, Jakob (Kristin), Justine Gerdts, Katie Will (Kevin), Kellie Farber (Caleb), Brady (Bailey) and Danielle Gerdts; and his great grandchildren, Rowan, Ava, Addi Will and Colbie Farber. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
