He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Cummins and Goldie Cummins (Hammett); his siblings, Bill, Jim (Arlene), Dick, Bruce (Jenny) and Judy (Holland); and his brother-in-law Bill Mueller.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Mueller; his children, Jill and Mike (Ann); his grandchildren, Aubree and Carsten; his siblings, Becky Fuller and Ron Cummins (Cheeny); and his sister-in-law Audrey Mueller (Bill). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to: Janesville Area Foundation, JWP Athletic Hall of Fame or Bulldog Basketball Association.
