He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Cummins and Goldie Cummins (Hammett); his grandson Christopher Cummins; and his siblings, Bill Cummins, Jim Cummins, Judy Holtz (Holland) and Bruce Cummins.
He is survived by: his children, Angel Cummins of Janesville, Annie Kalbow (Jeff) of Waseca, Rich Cummins (Tracy) of La Crosse, WI, AnnMarie Mohs of Waseca and Heidi Cummins of Waseca; and his siblings, Gary Cummins (Connie) of Janesville, Becky Fuller of Long Beach, CA and Ron Cummins (Cheeny) of Janesville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 19 great‑grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
