He is survived by: his wife Judy Westerman of Jeffers; his daughter Samantha Tomschin (Aaron) of Springfield; his siblings, Jim Westerman (Mary) of Storden and Karen Gempler (Steve) of Meridian, ID; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Westerman of Harrisburg, SD and Anthony Wolff of Halstad. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
