It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Wendland of Jeffers, Minnesota, who passed away on July 7, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis E. McAllister and Mary McAllister (Rowe); her husband Dale R. Wendland; her siblings, Beverly Jean Hanson, Olive Kruse and Donald (Helen Hanson); her parents-in-law, Walter and Selma "Sally" Wendland; and her sister-in-law LaVonne.
She is survived by: her children, Dane Wendland of Albert Lea, Dean Wendland (Kevin Becker) of Palm Springs, CA, Janice Tomschin (Kevin) of Springfield and Jolinda Stoel (Michael) of Orange City, IA; her grandchildren, Justin Wendland (Josephine), Wendy Wendland, Trevor Tomschin and Roxanne Tomschin; her great grandchildren, Jean Rahn, Benjamin Tomschin and Taylynn Juenemann; and her brother-in-law Ronald Kruse.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Windom (2280 6th Ave, Windom, MN 56101). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
