He was predeceased by: his parents, Kevin Adamek and Marlene Adamek (Link); his niece Abigail Adamek; and his nephew Andrew Johnson, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Adamek; his children, Logan Adamek (Kayla), Emma Adamek (Aiden Ladd) and Mason Adamek; his grandchild Beckham Adamek; his child Baby Adamek; and his siblings, Stacie Theis (Chris), Cory Adamek (Ashley), Tyler Adamek (Samantha) and Tanner Adamek (Stephanie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other loving relatives and many dear friends.
