She was predeceased by: her father Lee Cauffman; her husband Allen; her granddaughter Lisa Griswold (Ward); her son-in-law Steve Merwin (Homer); her siblings, Cora Goodrich (Lester), Iva McLean (Paul), Mabel Frey (Carl), Virginia Toberman (Lloyd), Lester Cauffman (Emily), Hazel Galer (Leonard), Jackie Cauffman, Agnes Cauffman and Marcella Coleman (Charlie); Marion McKnight (Howard), Dorothy Kjos (Vernon), Joanne Trumm (John), Jimmy Elliott (Betty), Evelyn Calvert (Bob), Bernard "Red" Elliott, Bernice Galer (Lenny), Annie Kauffman (Kenny) and Carol Jean Marks (Glen).
She is survived by: her mother Laura Cauffman (Baker); her children, Wayne (Sue), Diane Johnson (Merwin), Steve, Cheb (Terri) and Darcy Wiegel (Matt); and her grandchildren, Daniel Merwin (Erica), Bomber Merwin (Heather), Stephanie "Missy" Brown (Dirk), Chad Elliott, Jason Elliott (Amy), Brittney Elliott, Rachel Tamling (Phil), Sami Borowski (Alysia), Jordan "Jay" Borowski (Noelle) and Brady Borowski (Chris Schmitz). She is also survived by grandkids, along with many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request memorials sent to any of the following of your choosing: Boscobel VFW or American Legion, Grant County Cancer Coalition, or Wisconsin River Trail Organization in Laura's loving memory.
