It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Henrik Elmstrand (Jordan, Minnesota), born in Cambridge, Minnesota, who passed away on February 18, 2024, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Henrik, Viola Elmstrand, Paul and Jill Olson. He is survived by : his mother Sara Elmstrand; his wife Cindy Castruita-Ontiveros; his children, María and Mateo; his in-laws, Norma and Carlos Castruita; his siblings, Becky Ruth Johnson (Erik), Tricia Cassidy (Pat), Mary Elmstrand and Erik Elmstrand (Carissa); and his brothers-in-law, Carlos Castruita (Brianna Miller) and Erik Castruita (Gabby). He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews, many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and coworkers.
