He was predeceased by : his son Bradley Scott; his parents, Chester Scott and Dorothy Scott; and his brother Ken Scott. He is survived by : his wife Karen Scott; his children, Susannah Huffstutler (Bill), Amy Bullyan (Adam) and Matthew Scott; his grandchildren, Katie Maki (Keith), Michael Huffstutler, Thomas Huffstutler, Gavin Bullyan and Sebastian Bullyan; his great grandchild Carter Maki; his sister Sandy Nelson (Arthur); and his sister-in-law Dee Scott. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and will be distributed in Ron's honor by his family.
