She was predeceased by : her parents, Hjalmer Blackberg and Bertha Blackberg (Banken) of Strandquist, MN.; her husband Elmer Lofstrom; her siblings, Morris Blackberg and Delphine Sorum; her son-in-law Robert Hallberg; and her niece Sandra Sorum.

She is survived by : her children, Sheryl Foss (Vernon) of Roseau, MN, Joni Schindler (Andy) of Warroad, MN, Wendy Hallberg of Karlstad, MN and Daryl Lofstrom (Doreen) of Grand Forks, ND. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; several cousin, nephews, and nieces.
