He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Boen and Grace Boen; his wife Patricia Fossell; and his siblings, Phillip, Evelyn, Joyce, Lila and Melford.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon Boen (Darla), Chad Boen (Sue) and Jennifer Boen; his grandchildren, Ashley Beito (Nick), Blake Boen (Emily), Olivia, Drew, Greta and Carson Boen; his great grandchildren, Brevyn, Navy Beito, Elowen and Trig Boen; and his brother Chester.
