He was predeceased by : his parents, Myles Bothum and Judith Bothum (Petterson); his brothers, Keith and Jack; and his sister-in-law Loretta.
He is survived by : his wife Bonnie; his stepchildren, Virginia, Barry and Eric; his niece Marna (Jim); his nephews, Shane (Lori) and Dallas (Leah); his great-nieces, Ashley, Jacalyn and Katelyn; his great-nephew Beau (Brooke); and also, Alysha, Hailey, Molly, Berkleigh, Rawlings and Briggs. He is also survived by cousins and other relatives.
