He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlyse Neuzil (Jirak) and Frank E. Neuzil; his grandparents, William, Emma Jirak, John and Elenora Neuzil; his brothers-in-law, Kevin Levos and Roy Brang; and his father-in-law Harold Kramer.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Kramer of Adams, MN; his mother-in-law Ruth Kramer (Spartz); and his siblings-in-law, Michael Kramer (Laura Knox), Richard Kramer (Oti), Steven Kramer (Mary), Julie Kramer (Joe Kimball), Bonnie Brang, Mary Kramer and Kathy Loecher. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
