She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaylord Halvorson and Rose Halvorson (Evans); her husband Charlie; her siblings, Gary, David Halvorson and Sally Berg (Norm); her sons-in-law, Steven Kelpin and Larry Manos; and her parents-in-law, Charles and Rita Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheri Solum-Manos of Edmond, OK and Susan Solum-Kelpin of Jamul, CA; her stepson Mike Brown of Colorado; her siblings, Gale Halvorson (Lou) of Roseau, MN and Nancy Peterson (Dave) of Hayfield, MN; her brother-in-law Norm Berg (Connie) of Roseau, MN.; and also, Tina Bigaouette (Chad) of Mantorville, MN, Mike Peterson of Hayfield, MN, Stephen Berg (Jessica) of Woodbury, MN, Tammy Dahlquist (Kurt) of Roseau, MN and Marc Halvorson (Katy) of Roseau, MN.. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the West St. Olaf Lutheran Church (70640 260th Ave, Hayfield, MN 55940). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are preferred to West St. Olaf Lutheran Church or Dodge County Food Shelf.
