She is survived by: her husband Cory Peterson; her son Gage Peterson of Kasson, MN; her parents, Keith Rosenberg and Teresa Rosenberg of Dover, MN; her brother Jeremy Rosenberg (Halie) of Theilman, MN; her nephews, Wilson, Jaxon and Conner; her brother Ryan Rosenberg (Andrea Olson) of Elgin, MN; her nieces and nephews, Alyvia and Cameryn; and her grandparents, Don and Eloise Binder of Rochester, MN..
A gifted leader and thoughtful collaborator, Melanie most recently served as a Project Manager at Mayo Clinic, where she played a pivotal role in managing the U. S. COVID-19 Convalescent Plasma Expanded Access Program—an initiative that positively impacted thousands of lives.
