It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Lee Biwer of Kasson, Minnesota, born in Rochester, Minnesota, who passed away on March 8, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Alvin Tilford and Margaret Tilford (Cochran); and her siblings, Suzanne Overland, Liz Nagel, Ruth Schoenfelder, Jack, Jerry, Jim, Bill, Rick and Bob Tilford.

She is survived by : her husband James Biwer; her children, Tim (Darcy) of Wasioja, Pat of Elba, Shannon Paulson (Tony) of Mantorville and Mike of Wasioja; and her grandchildren, Alixandra, Ben Verchota, Dakota, Erin, Jacob, Joe, Nick, Jimmy, Hannah, Jack, Charlie, Megan and Henry.
