He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Tentis, (McNallan) and Norman Tentis, Sr. (Tom); his daughter Patricia Packer; and his brothers, Anthony "Tony" Tentis and Lawrence "Larry" Tentis.
He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Ann Stevenson (Gary) and Tom Tentis, Jr. (Deanne Lehnertz-Hansen); his grandchildren, Jacob Stevenson, Lindi Sharpe (Ryan), Leah Rainey, Cole Packer (Chelsey) and Adam Packer (Kelsey Marx); his great grandchildren, Lily, Wyatt, Davy, Lila, Scotty and Kace; and his brother Norman Tentis (Barb).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 100 N Sheppard St, Kellogg, MN 55945.
