She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Rodde and Marie Rodde (Langemo); her husbands, Stanley Overby and Alverne Strandemo; her children, Cleone Marie, Baby Boy and Paul Richard; and her siblings, Albion Rodde (Marian), Phillip Rodde, Fritz Rodde (Shirley), Aldora Lee (Harris) and Alice Bishop (Bud).
She is survived by: her children, Charles Overby (Laurel Flynn) of Sutton, AK and Sarah Jystad (Daniel) of Kenyon; and her grandchildren, Jason, Alyssa, Rachel, Adam and Erin. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Gol Lutheran Church (1500 MN-60, Kenyon, MN 55946). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at the Gol Lutheran Cemetery (1500 MN-60, Kenyon, MN 55946).
Memorials are preferred to Union Gospel Mission or Gol Lutheran Church.
