He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wojtysiak and Francis Wojtysiak; his wife Amanda Warpula; his siblings, Bob Wojtysiak, Joe Wojtysiak and Mary Sturgeleski; and his in-laws, Sulo Warpula, Alvin Warpula, Larry Warpula, Earl Warpula, Helmi Maki and Henry Jurek.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Jurek (Tim), John Wojtysiak and Gwen Bandel; his grandchildren, Hannah Lukken (Tom), Heidi Bentley (Ken), Helen Jurek, Alex Jurek and Brandi Nelson (Ayden); his great grandchildren, Kenneth, Kindred and Evelyn; his siblings, Josie Jurek, Dorothy Mullenix and Bernie Howden (Bruce Swang); and his sisters-in-law, Carol Warpula and Joyce Warpula. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
