He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Koester and Leroy Koester. He is survived by: his daughter Jenny (Brian); his granddaughter Gemma; and his siblings, Kevin Koester (Nancy), Vickey Kuethe (Gayle), Janelle Behr (Mark) and LeAnne Fendrich (Marvin).
