He was predeceased by : his mother Carol. He is survived by : his children, Jake (Sarah) and Katie (Austin); his significant other Julie; his father LeRoy (Marty); his sister Jayna (Richard); and his close friend Julie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19, visitation will be a "walk through" visitation to avoid congregating or gathering inside the building. All who attend are required to wear a mask and maintain social distancing guidelines.
