She was predeceased by: her parents, George Mackereth and Louise Mackereth (Arens); her husband Jerry; and her sister Betty Boline. She is survived by: her children, Gerri McWherter (Ron) of Dassel, Mark of Watkins and Chad (Cindy) of Kimball; her grandchildren, Dillon McWherter (Misty), Jerry (Stacy), Jessica Ling (Oliver) and Joshua (Shelbi); her great grandchildren, Lucy, Lindsey, Wyatt, Eden, Millie Jo, Ruby, Scarlett, Jace, Mason, Farrah and Hailey; and her siblings, Patricia O'Fallon of Paynesville, Nancy Moyer of Watkins, Debbie VanVleet (Lyndy) of St. Cloud and Ed Mackereth (Sandy) of Kimball. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:55 AM. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (8871 135th St, Kimball, MN 55353).
