He is survived by: his father Scott Nelson; his fiancé Audray Schlenvogt; his mother Becky Nelson of Houston, MN; his brother Beau Nelson (Samantha Ryckman) of Rushford, MN.; his grandparents, Darlene Chiglo of Rushford, MN, Jeanne and Larry Weaver of Foley, AL; his aunts and uncles, Terry Chiglo (Deb) of Houston, MN, Traci Pederson (Cory) of Whalan, MN, Jay Nelson (Rebekah) of Reeseville, WI, Stacey Nelson and Tait Wege of West Salem, MN.; his cousins, Kennedy Babicz (Michael), Carter (Kirsten), Layne Chiglo, Harison Chiglo (Adrianna Reinhart), Jack Chiglo, Cade, Coy Pederson, Jesse, Kelsey, Alex, Brady Nelson, Cody Nelson, Seth Paresens and Abigal Nelson; his godparents, Tim and Gwen Nelson; Craig, Melinda and Nicole.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 595 Veterans Pkwy, La Crescent, MN 55947.
