She was predeceased by : her parents, Roland Butzman and Dorothy Butzman; and her siblings, Ronald Butzman (Judy) and Mary Hefti (Gary). She is survived by : her husband Douglas Van Dyck; her children, Paul Van Dyck and Kimberly Van Dyck; her grandchildren, Callie Van Dyck and Lee Van Dyck; her siblings, Sandra Sanding (David), Candy Hefti (David Pralle) and Terry Butzman (Judy); and her close friends, Sue H., Lisa C., Mary N. and Sue R.. She is also survived by friends, and sweet nieces, nephews, and cousins.
