She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Sweeney and Virginia Sweeney. She is survived by: her children, Zachary Reilly (Brittany), Megan Blanchard (Philip) and Kathleen Brabbit (Hans); her husband Pat Reilly; her grandchildren, Elise, Finley, Brody, Maeve, Mack and Reilly Jo; her sister Susan Sweeney; and her nephews, Michael and Nicholas DeCesare.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
