She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry and Mary Gerth, Sr. (Malewicki); and her siblings, Henrietta, Irene and Frank.

She is survived by : her children, Michelle Swanson of Morehead, MN, Kim Fredricks of La Crosse, Jeff Fredricks (Stacey) of Brice Prairie, WI, Denise Fredricks of La Crosse and Scott Fredricks of La Crosse; her siblings, Helen Flores (Rich) of Peotone, IL, Polly Johnson of Xenia, OH and Henry Gerth (Ann) of Winona; her siblings-in-law, Albert Mulyck of Winona and Judy Fredricks of Denver, CO; and her grandchildren, Tamara, Ben (Danielle), Eliora, Jacob, Zeke Fredricks, Duncan and Reilly Swanson.
