She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Carlson and Marie Carlson (Nee Plagge); her husbands, Arlan Miller and Ed Schaaf; her brothers, Max Carlson and Gust Carlson; and her stepchildren, Bruce Schaaf (Joan), Barbara Koschel (Ron) and Stace Schaaf (Dennis).
She is survived by: her children, Tamme Giese of Phoenix, AZ, Doug Miller (Vikki) of Pine River, MN, Marsha Rebers (Boyd) of Carver, MN and Eddie Schaaf (Faye) of Arvada, Colorado; and her sisters, Lila Ellies of Lafayette, Myra Kienlen (Chuck) of St Peter and Rita Ruschmeyer (Larry).
