He is survived by: his children, Kathy of Lake City, David II (Kristin Pichelman) of Lake City, John (Tracy) of Lake City and James (Nancy) of St. Charles; his grandchildren, Marissa Pollock (Sam), Alex McCormick (Emma), Ryan McCormick, Halle Warmkagathje (Simon), Abbie McGee (James) and Laura Buckman (Jake Markgraf); his great grandchildren, Carson, Vaeda, Everlie McGee, Maverick, Mila Pollock and Indy McCormick; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Williams, Jim McGraw and Shirlie Dunn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
